Conference Sessions

Thank you for your interest in joining the DBS2026 event as a speaker/presenter. As you may be aware the DBS Conference sessions are organised as panel sessions with multiple speakers presenting on topics related to a session theme. Each session will have a session chair who will moderate the session with Q&A and discussions after each presentation or at the end of the session.

The DBS2026 event will have a number of conference sessions with the following proposed themes:

Session 1 | Synthetic Intelligence & Creative Transformation

Explore how emerging intelligent technologies are reshaping creative processes in broadcasting and media production. This session highlights the convergence of automation, content generation, and creative innovation in the synthetic era.

Session 2 | Broadcast Automation Systems: Development and Deployment

This session discusses the development and development of Broadcast Automation Systems in supporting broadcasting operations, including program scheduling, media playback, and the management of daily operational tasks.

Session 3 | Intelligent Media Systems: From Archives To OTT Platforms

This session explores how AI-driven media systems streamline content management and delivery from archives to OTT platforms, enhancing efficiency and viewer engagement.

Session 4 | Advancements in Broadcasting Technologies and Standards

An in-depth look at the latest developments in global broadcasting standards, including new transmission protocols and system innovations driving the next evolution of broadcast delivery.

Session 5 | Advanced Broadcast Engineering: Cloud and System Advancements

This topic focuses on how modern broadcasting is evolving through advanced technologies, particularly cloud computing and improved system architectures.

Session 6 | Innovative Media Solutions: Deployment and Development

Gain insights into the evolving streaming ecosystem. This session examines cloud-based architectures, adaptive delivery technologies, and the integration of intelligent systems shaping the future of OTT services. 

Session 7 | Advancement and Innovation in Media Distribution & Delivery

Understand how emerging technologies are redefining content distribution. Topics include network optimization, hybrid delivery models, and scalable infrastructures supporting global media access.

Session 8 | Cloud-to-Edge Media Fabric: Building Scalable Broadcast Networks

Discover the architecture of modern broadcast networks that seamlessly connect cloud and edge systems. This session explores scalability, flexibility, and performance optimization in distributed media environments.

Session 9 | The New Soundscape: Emerging Innovations in RadioTechnology

This session highlights the latest innovations in radio technology, exploring how digital tools and new platforms are reshaping audio production, distribution, and listener engagement.

Session 10 | Securing Broadcast Networks in the Digital Transformation Era

Learn how broadcasters are strengthening cyber resilience and safeguarding infrastructure. The session discusses best practices for ensuring trust, integrity, and security in the connected media environment.

Session 11 | Sustainable Broadcasting in the Age of Intelligent Systems

Explore strategies for creating energy-efficient, environmentally responsible broadcast operations. This session focuses on how automation, data analytics, and intelligent systems contribute to a sustainable media future.

Session 12 | Industry Debate

Each session will be about 60mins with 3-4 speakers. Each speaker will have 15mins to present which will allow about 10mins discussions/Q&A at the end of the session. You may use slides or any other audio/video media to support your presentation.

Conference Speaking slot fee is USD1,500.00

Please note the order of the sessions may change in due course.

Workshops and Masterclasses

The DBS2026 event will also include Workshop sessions that are deemed to be more focused on a specific topic/solution or product(s) by a specific vendor. Workshops are by sponsorship only. Workshop sessions are also 60mins in duration and may include any number of speakers decided by the workshop sponsor. For information on booking Workshops please refer to the sponsorship details.

  • Presentation Topic and your preferred/suggested session(s)
  • Abstract (100 words)
  • Short bio of speaker (100 words)
  • Photo of speaker (hi-res photo not larger than 10MB)
