Masashi Kamei is the ABU Technical Committee Chairman and Senior Research Engineer at NHK Science & Technology Research Laboratories. Masashi Kamei joined NHK in 1997 and currently belongs to Science & Technology Research Laboratories. His research field is satellite broadcasting system.
