He is a radiocommunication and broadcasting specialist with extensive academic and professional experience in broadcasting technologies, telecommunications, and ICT systems. His academic background includes diploma, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies in telecommunication and broadcasting technologies, along with several years of university-level teaching and research. He actively supports ITU Member States through technical studies, regulatory frameworks, and international coordination at global level worldwide.
