With a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, his expertise spans satellite communications, digital broadcasting, mobile cellular networks, connected vehicles, & machine learning. Author of over 90 journal articles, 150 conference papers, & holds more than 80 patents, marking him as a thought leader in the industry. He was also a key architect of the ITU 3GPP 3G TD-SCDMA mobile broadcasting network system and the OFDMA cellular systems.
