With over 33 years of dedicated service at Prasar Bharati, Mr. Das gained extensive experience in broadcasting, including the installation of Radio & TV projects, infrastructure planning, spectrum management, training, international relations, commercials, and corporate affairs. From 2007 to 2011, he contributed to the Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD) in Kuala Lumpur, extended training to its members. Currently, he is providing advisory services to Prasar Bharati, Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd (BECIL), and other organizations. Additionally, he is serving as a Council Member of the Broadcast Engineering Society of India and is a member of the Audio, Video, and Multimedia Systems & Equipment Sectional Committee at Electronics and Information Technology Department of the Bureau of Indian Standard.
